COOKIE POLICY
This policy describes cookies and browser storage on cloud-obs.com/en/. Horacio Cruz Balcells is responsible for this website. The cloud-obs.live store and client area are separate: opening the checkout may use their own session and payment cookies.
Your choice
You can accept, reject or configure analytics and YouTube video separately in the privacy notice. You can change your choice later with the “Cookies” button. Google Analytics and the YouTube video do not load until you accept the relevant category. Rejecting analytics removes its cookies and the attribution data stored in this browser.
Cookies and storage on this website
| Name | Provider and purpose | When used | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
cloudobs_consent_v1 | CloudObs: remembers your analytics and video choices on cloud-obs.com. | When you save a choice. | 180 days; you can change it sooner. |
_ga and _ga_EEZMN2DZGB | Google Analytics 4: distinguishes visitors and keeps session state on cloud-obs.com. | Only after accepting “Analytics (Google Analytics)”. | Up to 2 years by Google’s default; your browser may limit this. Removed when you withdraw consent. |
cloudobs_attribution_v1 (session storage, not a cookie) | CloudObs: remembers the landing page and campaign parameters to understand visits to checkout; it does not store the visitor’s name or email. | Only with analytics consent. | Until the tab closes or you withdraw consent. |
Services you choose to open
The homepage YouTube video is requested only after accepting “External video (YouTube)”. Google may process connection data and use its own cookies or storage when the video loads; names and durations depend on its service and your browser. See Google’s privacy policy. You do not need the video to use this website.
Crisp presales chat connects only when you click to open it. It may use technical crisp-client/* cookies to preserve your conversation, usually for six months after your last chat visit. Analytics and video choices do not control the chat; see “Presales chat and privacy” elsewhere on this page for its data practices.
Further information
With consent, we use Google Analytics 4, not Universal Analytics. The tag used by this website does not have a Google Ads destination connected. If you visited before, rejecting analytics also attempts to remove older advertising storage named _gcl_ls from this browser. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; some external features you requested may no longer remember your session.
Questions about privacy and cookies: [email protected]. Last updated: 27 September 2026.
Presales chat and privacy
Horacio Cruz Balcells is the controller of the presales chat. On the sales pages you can choose to start a conversation with him. Crisp provides the chat as data processor. The chat does not load when you visit the page: it connects to Crisp only when you click “Questions before signing up? Ask me”. You can email [email protected] instead. Do not send passwords, stream keys or anyone else’s data.
Once opened, Crisp may process technical connection data (such as your IP address), session data and what you write. If you provide a name, email address or files, these will also be used to answer your question. The legal basis for answering a presales question is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We do not automatically link this chat to your customer account.
The chat may store technical crisp-client/* cookies to keep the session and messages between visits. According to Crisp, they last six months by default and are renewed if you load the chat again. The site’s analytics and video choices do not control this chat: opening it is a separate action. Cookie expiry does not by itself delete the conversation.
We delete conversations and their associated data from our Crisp account 90 days after the last message, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. Crisp may retain some technical data for longer for security or its own legal obligations; see its privacy policy.
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at [email protected]. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Authority.
